Email Provider Integration

Connect Scrollengine to a dedicated email delivery service for reliable, trackable notification emails.

Supported providers

SendGrid

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Email
2. Select SendGrid
3. Enter your SendGrid API key
4. Configure the sender email and name
5. Test the connection

Mailgun

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Email
2. Select Mailgun
3. Enter your Mailgun API key and domain
4. Configure the sender email and name
5. Test the connection

Why use a third-party email provider

Default sender

If you don't connect a third-party provider, Scrollengine uses its built-in email sender. This works for basic use but may have lower deliverability and no analytics.

Configuration

After connecting a provider:

1. Set the From name (your store name)
2. Set the From email (e.g., deliveries@yourstore.com)
3. Set the Reply-to email (where customer replies go)
4. Enable or disable specific notification events

Testing

After setup, send a test email to yourself:

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Email
2. Click Send Test Email
3. Check your inbox (and spam folder) to verify delivery
