Support Channels

Live Chat

The fastest way to get help. Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the Store Locator Map: SE app within your Shopify admin. A support representative will respond during business hours, typically within minutes.

Email

Send an email to abhishek@scrollengine.com with a description of your issue or question. Include the following details to help us resolve your request faster:

  • Your Shopify store URL.
  • The name of your Store Locator Map: SE plan.
  • A clear description of the issue, including any error messages.
  • Screenshots or screen recordings, if applicable.

We aim to respond to all email inquiries within one business day.

Feature Requests

Have an idea for a new feature or improvement? We welcome your input. Submit feature requests through any of the following methods:

  • Live chat -- Let us know during a support conversation.
  • Email -- Send your suggestion to abhishek@scrollengine.com with the subject line "Feature Request."

All feature requests are reviewed by the product team and prioritized based on merchant demand and alignment with the product roadmap.

Business Hours

Support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time). Messages received outside business hours will be addressed on the next business day.
