Tracking Page Customization
Control what customers see on their order tracking page. Show or hide components to match your brand and the level of detail you want to share.
Toggling components
- Go to Tracking > Customize
- Each component has a visibility toggle:

| Order status timeline | Shown | Step-by-step status progression |
| Live map | Shown | Driver's real-time location on a map |
| ETA | Shown | Estimated time of arrival |
| Driver info | Shown | Driver name, photo, and phone |
| Order items | Shown | List of items in the order |
| Delivery address | Shown | Customer's delivery address |
| Proof of delivery | Shown | Photo/signature after delivery |
| Contact support | Shown | Link or button to reach your support team |
- Save changes — they apply to all tracking pages immediately
Renaming text labels
Customize the text on the tracking page:
- Go to Tracking > Text Settings
- Edit labels such as:
- Status names (e.g., "Out for Delivery" to "On its way!")
- Header text
- Footer message
- Button labels

Branding
- Logo — Your store logo appears at the top of the tracking page
- Colors — The page inherits your theme's primary color, or you can set a custom color
- Store name — Displayed in the header
Configure branding in Settings > General.
