Driver Mobile App
The Scrollengine Driver App is a mobile application for delivery drivers. It provides route navigation, order details, delivery status updates, and proof of delivery — everything a driver needs to complete deliveries efficiently.
Getting the app
The driver app is available on:
- iOS — App Store
- Android — Google Play Store
Drivers receive a download link in their invitation email.
Logging in
Drivers log in with the email and password set during account setup. If a driver forgets their password, they can reset it from the login screen or an admin can reset it from the dashboard.
App features
Route view
- See all assigned deliveries for the day
- View the optimized stop sequence on a map
- Get estimated arrival times for each stop
- Navigate to stops with one-tap directions (opens Google Maps or Apple Maps)
Order details
For each delivery stop, drivers can view:
- Customer name and phone number
- Delivery address
- Order items and special instructions
- Delivery time window
Status updates
Drivers update order status as they progress:
- Started — Driver begins the route
- Arrived — Driver arrives at the delivery location
- Delivered — Order handed off to customer
Each status update is timestamped and visible to the dispatcher in real-time.
Navigation
Tap any delivery address to open turn-by-turn navigation in the device's default maps app.
Offline mode
The app caches route and order data. If a driver loses connectivity temporarily, they can still view their route and order details. Status updates sync once connectivity is restored.
Settings
Drivers can adjust:
- Notification preferences
- Navigation app preference (Google Maps vs. Apple Maps)
- App language
