Password & Security

Manage your account password and security settings.

Changing your password

  1. Go to Settings > Profile
  2. Click Change Password
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter and confirm your new password
  5. Click Save

Password requirements

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character

Resetting a forgotten password

If you can't log in:

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login screen
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for a reset link
  4. Click the link and set a new password

Admin password resets

Admins can reset passwords for other users:

  1. Go to Settings > Users
  2. Click on the user
  3. Click Reset Password
  4. The user receives an email with instructions to set a new password

Security best practices

  • Use a unique password not shared with other services
  • Change passwords periodically
  • Remove or deactivate accounts for team members who have left
  • Use strong passwords for admin accounts — they have full platform access
