Banners & Promotions on Tracking Page

The tracking page is high-engagement real estate — customers visit it multiple times while waiting for their order. Use banners and promotional images to drive repeat purchases, share announcements, or reinforce your brand.

Adding a banner

  1. Go to Tracking > Banners
  2. Click Add Banner
  3. Upload an image or enter a URL for the banner
  4. Configure:
    • Position — Top of page, bottom of page, or between sections
    • Link — Optional URL the banner links to when clicked (e.g., a sale page)
    • Alt text — Description for accessibility

Use cases

  • Promote a sale — "20% off your next order! Use code REPEAT20"
  • New product launch — Showcase new arrivals
  • Seasonal messaging — Holiday greetings, special hours, etc.
  • Referral program — "Share with a friend, get $10 off"
  • Brand storytelling — Share your mission or sustainability commitment

Managing multiple banners

You can add multiple banners. They display in the order you set. Consider:

  • Don't overload the page — 1–2 banners is optimal
  • Rotate banners periodically to keep content fresh
  • Track click-through by using UTM parameters on banner links

Removing a banner

  1. Go to Tracking > Banners
  2. Click Remove on the banner
  3. It's removed from all tracking pages immediately
