Picklist

The picklist feature generates a consolidated list of items that need to be prepared for upcoming orders. It's particularly useful for stores with physical inventory that needs to be picked, packed, and staged.

Enabling the picklist

1. Go to Settings > Features
2. Toggle Picklist to enabled

Generating a picklist

1. Go to Orders > Picklist
2. Select the date range and delivery method
3. Click Generate

The picklist shows:

Column	Description
Product	Product name and variant
Quantity	Total quantity needed across all orders
Orders	Which orders include this item
Status	Picked / Not picked

Using the picklist

1. Print the picklist or view it on a tablet
2. Walk through your store or warehouse, picking items
3. Mark items as picked in the app as you go
4. Once all items for an order are picked, the order status can advance to "Ready"

• Accuracy — Consolidated view reduces missed items
• Speed — Staff don't need to check each order individually

Picklist by route

If you've already created delivery routes, you can generate a picklist per route — ensuring items are picked and packed in the order they'll be delivered.
