Order Dashboard

The order dashboard is your operational command center. Every delivery, pickup, and shipping order flows through here with real-time status tracking.

Viewing orders

Navigate to Orders in the left sidebar. The dashboard shows orders in a sortable, filterable list.

Default columns

Date & TimeScheduled delivery/pickup date and time slot

DriverAssigned driver (if applicable)

Filtering and sorting

Use the filters at the top to narrow down orders:

  • Date range — View orders for today, this week, or a custom range
  • Delivery method — Filter by Local Delivery, Pickup, or Shipping
  • Status — Pending, In Progress, Out for Delivery, Delivered, etc.
  • Driver — Filter by assigned driver
  • Location — Filter by store location (for multi-location setups)

Order statuses

StatusMeaning
PendingOrder placed, awaiting processing
ProcessingOrder is being prepared
ReadyOrder is packed and ready for dispatch or pickup
Out for DeliveryDriver is en route to the customer
DeliveredOrder successfully delivered
Picked UpCustomer has collected the order
FailedDelivery attempt failed (address issue, customer unavailable)

Order details

Click any order to view full details:

  • Customer information (name, phone, email, address)
  • Selected delivery method, date, and time slot
  • Order items and quantities
  • Delivery notes from the customer
  • Status history with timestamps
  • Assigned route and driver
  • Proof of delivery (if captured)

Quick actions

From the order list or detail view:

  • Assign to route — Add the order to a delivery route
  • Assign driver — Directly assign a driver
  • Update status — Move the order to the next status
  • Print label — Generate a shipping or delivery label
  • Move order — Transfer to a different delivery method (see Moving Orders)
