Customer Tracking Page

Scrollengine provides a branded tracking page where customers can monitor their delivery status in real-time. Customers receive a tracking link via email or SMS after placing an order.

What the tracking page shows

  • Order status — Current stage (Processing, Out for Delivery, Delivered, etc.)
  • Estimated arrival time — ETA based on driver's current location and route
  • Driver info — Driver name and contact (if configured)
  • Delivery map — Live map showing the driver's position (when in transit)
  • Order details — Items ordered and delivery address
  • Proof of delivery — Photo and/or signature once delivered

Enabling the tracking page

The tracking page is enabled by default. Access settings at:

  1. Go to Tracking in the dashboard
  2. Configure which components are visible

Tracking links are automatically included in:

  • Scrollengine email notifications (if enabled)
  • Shopify order confirmation emails (with template customization)

The link format is unique per order and accessible without login.
