Email Notifications

Scrollengine can send automated email notifications to customers and team members at key moments in the delivery lifecycle.

Enabling email notifications

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications
  2. Toggle Email Notifications to enabled
  3. Configure which events trigger emails

Notification events

Customer notifications

Scrollengine supports integration with email delivery services for reliable sending:

Customizing email content

Basic email customization is available:

  • From name — Your store name
  • Reply-to address — Where customer replies go
  • Include tracking link — Automatically embed the tracking page URL

For advanced email template customization, use your email provider's template editor in combination with Scrollengine's webhook events.
