What to include in your support request
To help us resolve your issue quickly, include:
- Your store name — The Shopify store using Scrollengine
- Description of the issue — What happened, what you expected, and what you see
- Steps to reproduce — How to trigger the issue
- Screenshots — Especially for widget display issues or error messages
- Browser and device — Which browser and whether it's desktop or mobile
Enterprise support
Enterprise merchants receive priority support with faster response times and dedicated account management. Contact your account manager directly or email support for escalation.
