What to include in your support requestโ€‹

To help us resolve your issue quickly, include:

  1. Your store name โ€” The Shopify store using Scrollengine
  2. Description of the issue โ€” What happened, what you expected, and what you see
  3. Steps to reproduce โ€” How to trigger the issue
  4. Screenshots โ€” Especially for widget display issues or error messages
  5. Browser and device โ€” Which browser and whether it's desktop or mobile
